Here’s how it’ll work

Funnel Mapping Intensive

[ One week before the Retreat ]

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all funnels! Once you book your spot in the retreat, I’ll ask you to send in details about your packages/services. My team and I’ll do the background research on what’ll work best for your Evergreen Sales Funnel.

Then you & I’ll get on a 1:1 call via Zoom at least 1 week before the retreat and create the outline for your sexy new Evergreen Sales Funnel. I’ll explain the options, help you make the best choices and map out what you need to get in place before the retreat. 

Funnel Creation

 [ While in Bali 6D/5N ]

I’ll help you actually create Evergreen Sales Funnel. Each day we’ll have training sessions & workshops to address common issues and co-working sessions to facilitate the process. I’ll be there the whole time, reviewing your work, giving you feedback, co-creating with you. We’ll have 1:1 sessions as needed.

After our 6D/5N in Bali, you’ll walk away with all the content for your Evergreen Sales Funnel done & dusted!

Funnel Deployment & Optimization

[ After we’re back from Bali]

Once you get your VA/tech assistant to deploy the funnel, I’ll continue to support you over the next 30 days to analyze and optimize your funnel based on run-time data. We’ll have 2x 1:1 coaching calls and 2x group calls to monitor things and make any changes.

Where we’ll be staying

You’ll be staying in a gorgeous beach front villa that offers the best of Bali – glorious sunrises over the ocean, fragrant tropical flowers in the gardens, and a sense of zen that’s unrivaled. The villa is located a 5 min drive from the main town, with direct access to the beach.

Everyone gets a private room, with a luxurious double bed and a  spacious, private bathroom with bathtub. So that you can relax, unwind, and work as you please.

The villa also has large living areas,  as well as lush lawns, gardens, private outdoor pools; offering great co-working spaces as well as plenty of space for quiet! There is also an on-site spa for those famous Balinese massages!! Can’t wait to get one myself!! 

Continental Breakfast will be prepared fresh by hotel staff each day. Lunch/Dinner will either be prepared in-house, ordered in from nearby restaurants or be out and about town. Most meals will be vegan. Please let me know beforehand if you have any specific dietary requirements.

• 3x 60 min 1:1 online sessions (1 before the retreat, 2 after)
• 3x group coaching calls where you will be in the hotseat (1 before the retreat, 2 after)
• in person 1:1 time during the retreat
• co-working sessions during the retreat

That’s a whole lot! And should you required extra support before/after the retreat, you can sign up for extra 1:1 sessions at a special discounted VIP rate! 😉

Absolutely! There are many gorgeous spaces around the property. Just keep in mind not to disturb the other people who are working – the villa has ample space, so this shouldn’t really be a problem. Just bring whatever you need (laptop, camera, mic, props, outfits etc)!

The easiest way will be to hire a taxi/car from the airport. We can organize an airport transfers for you for about $40US.

Terms & Conditions

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest booking the retreat. “We” refers to organizer RichaJain

Before you book, please make sure to read these Terms & Conditions. I will also send you an electronic copy on booking. By booking you will be indicating that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated here.

1. You MUST purchase travel insurance as soon as you book your retreat. The travel insurance should cover you for delays, accidents, cancellations, as we cannot waive our cancellation policy or be liable for loss of your holiday in the event that you are unable to travel to the retreat.

2. Accommodation, amenities or retreat program may be altered or amended due to maintenance work, mechanical faults, weather conditions, sickness or other situations outside our control and for which we cannot be held responsible. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any alterations.

3. If you cancel your trip, I do not offer refunds for any reason. After deducting the accommodation and admin fees, the remainder of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat or program. Alternatively if you can find another guest who would be a good fit for the retreat, connect us and if she is a good fit, we may transfer your credit to her, depending on our discretion.

4. While this hasn’t happened to date, in the event that we must cancel the retreat due to any unforeseen reasons  you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. 

5. We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
