#1 : Time for a Check Up
Before you embark on a year long road trip, you’ve got to take stock – do a thorough check and tune up of your car. Check the oil, the engine, the brakes. Stock up on gas.
The same holds for your business. Before you take your business on a year long trip around the sun – you need to do a status check and tune up.
So Day 1 we start with reviewing your business in the year that was – what worked, what didn’t, what needs to change.
# 2: Visioning & Big Picture Planning
If you don’t know where you’re going, how will you get there?
If you haven’t set your vision for 2020 – how can you make it happen?
Part of planning this road trip is deciding where you want your business to be by the end of 2020. And mapping out all the milestones you want to hit on the way. Kinda like mapping out the pit stops on your roadtrip. So you have a tentative route planned – with enough flexibility to correct course if required.
On Day 2 that’s what we do – zero in on the big picture vision for your business in 2020 and create a custom roadmap to get you from where you are, to where you want to be.
#3: Nutting Out the Details
Deciding the destination & pit stops is just the first step. If you want a comfortable, stress free road trip, you’ll front load the work. Aka plan which route you’ll take for the first few legs of the trip, book places to stay along the way, stock up on enough fuel, food and music. Right?
That’s what we do on Day 3. We dive deeper into all that you need to do for Q1 and map out the step-by-step action plan!
You walk away with a big picture vision, with milestones for 2020, and a clear action plan, and details of what to do, and how to go about making it happen for Q1.
