Once you book, I send you a detailed on-boarding package.
And then I get to work doing the requisite research and planning behind the scenes. Digging deeper into your business; to understand your vision, what you’ve tried so far, what worked, what didn’t. Researching your target market, your competitors, your peers.
I do my magic to work out the best possible paths, to get you from where you’re at, to where you want to be.
On the scheduled day, we get together over Zoom. To figure out which path would work the best for YOU. The goal is to find the easiest, most effective and efficient way to get shiFt done in your business! We work in 2 stretches of 2 hours with a break in between.

You walk away with a clear action plan, and details of what to do, and how to go about it.
But it doesn’t end there, I package all of this up into a neat plan – think xls, mpp, trello, or your preferred tracking system.
