” I make all my money working just 3 hours a week”

[ You know who you are!! I’ve mentioned this before – I’m SOOO PROUD of you! ]

We started working together about 8 months ago.

Back then she was charging around $20/month (or so, I’d have to go look up exact number), spending a few hours a day, supporting her client via with daily, personalized emails and prompts.

Why? Because in the field that she’s in – as with many other spiritual practitioners – the expectation is that they should provide support and healing for free. They shouldn’t charge for spiritual work.

Today, this lady has cut down her working hours drastically

She’s gone from “but I can’t charge for this” to being comfortable charging $1000+ / per month for VIP support (and her clients happily pay! She doesn’t have to “coerce” them or “persuade” them)

She’s gone from ” I don’t know what to write on FB!”

To writing FB and promo posts with ease, each week and having a VA schedule them for her.

She’s had a few “sold out” launches without having to try too hard.

And she’s well on her way to launching yet another “group program” which charges similar to her current VIP ( she’s going to be increasing her VIP prices accordingly). Because like she said ” I provide the same transformation and put in the same amount of work

While traveling around, dealing with health issues.

Oh, and did I mention she’s retired?

And no, before you go all “Oh Richa, while I’d love to…. there’s no way I can spend thousands of $$$ to work with you 1:1”

Let me tell you one more thing – this particular clients has only had ONE 1:1 session with me!!!

She signed up my website bootcamp.

She attended every single one of my free webinars

She joined my membership program, the PPP Incubator, as a founding member for $47/month

BUT she showed up and did the work

EVERY SINGLE ASSIGNMENT

Even when she didn’t quite know what to do

Even when my questions stumped her

EVEN the homework on my free webinars & challenges!

Or even, like yesterday, when she was travelling on a bus and didn’t have access to a computer.

She took out her phone, and did her assignment on her phone!! [ In the Incubator, I give small daily assignments during Sprint week]

And that’s been teh game changer!

Doing the work.

Showing up

Getting that continous feedback from me

And fine tuning her business accordingly.

It’s not in the “knowing”

It’s in the doing.

In her words today (oh my she was coming up with so many gems on our call today!!!)

“You can’t play tennis

If all you do is watch tennis videos

But don’t actually pick up a tennis racquet!”

It’s not enough to just show up and watch webinars. Or course videos.

You’ve GOT TO DO THE WORK.

That’s how you train the brain (and your nervous system, and your energy field)

To truly understand what it is you’re learning

And to be able to recall and apply it at the right time, in the right way

To make it part of ywho you are

Your “new normal”

So if your business isnt’ quite where you want it to be

It’s time for some introspection.
